No Prisons Means No Prisoners

I don't pressume that all freedom fighters are interested in restorative justice, trauma informed sanctuary, the abolition of prisons and any form of oppression however these are my interests so my comments reflect what is important to me in "liberation" spaces, virtual and physical.

1) As sovereign, I recognize no mortal (police, government nor institution) as my authority.

1) Between myself and my chosen council community, there exists the trauma awareness and love necessary to hold one another accountable in ways that benefit ourselves and others beyond our circle.

3) Committment to the well-being of another is a foundational characteristic of a council community. Those who are not deeply committed to my healing, growth and freedom are not suitable council for me. And I am not suitable council for those for whom I have a general or superficial awareness and motivation to witness and support.

4) I and my council consider the guidance of elders committed to Black, Brown and Global liberation.

5) When I harm another (or they harm me) and we cannot resolve the terms of healing and retribution between us, it is my own council who assists me in fully hearing and responding to those who have presented as harmed (or presenting my needs for healing and retribution).

6) In our process, my council and I will practice communication that regards all as worthy of liberation and protection from futher trauma.

7) In our process, I am accountable for my own code to humble myself to Higher Power in everyone and all things.

8) In our process, I practice listening to understand and speaking to unobscure and appreciate value.

Outcomes require everyone's consent.
